Image provided by http://images.google.com

CPU’s or Central Processing Units are the source of everything for your computer. Without it, your computer will be 90% useless. Then you take a peek at it and you saw all those wirings and other parts you aren’t familiar of. Maybe this experience of mine opening the CPU can broaden your knowledge and enhance it more by just reading it here :D

TipsĀ  for when I opened the CPU

a. When opening the CPU always keep track of the screws.

b. When you’re on the part of disconnecting your motherboard from the CPU case, take note of the diagram found at the bottom right of your motherboard where there are wires connected to it such as the HDD Led wiring.

c. Lastly, place them on their respective ports and slots secure and tight to avoid future problems.

The components of the CPU are the Hard Disk, Motherboard, Power Supply, Cooling Fan,Video Card, Network or LAN Card, Sound Card, Floppy Disk Drive and the CD-Rom Disk Drive.

Wirings or connectors for the hardware such as the IDE Cable and SATA Cable which are essential for your CPU.

This ends my short briefing on the gizzards of your CPU. Til’ then…
